Jane D. Trefethen, CPA Jane has over 30 years of accounting experience, working as a principal in her own firm for the last 18 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Detroit in Detroit, Michigan, and a CPA since 1982. Jane is an experienced CFO, and understands the needs and challenges of small businesses. With prior experience in public accounting, oil & gas, software development, construction, manufacturing, savings & loan, recreation, government and automotive industries, she has a wide range of experience and an ability to apply proven principles of success to any company.

Karyn S. Knights Karyn has over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She has worked for JD Trefethen CPA, P.A. for 8 years and handles all aspects of accounting functions including preparation of financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, employee benefit plans, account reconciliation, cash management and special regulatory reports. Karyn administers all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications. Karyn holds a bachelor of arts in accounting from Husson College in Bangor, Maine.
